Menno joined ABN AMRO where he worked as Payments & Collection Client manager. After which he was asked to set up product and qualitative skills training for Dutch Corporates. In 2002 he moved to ABN AMRO Transaction Banking to develop, manage and execute training courses as part of an international reorganisation with offices in 13 European countries to be merged into one in Amsterdam. Menno has been a Course Director and a Senior Trainer for Oxyor since 2005.
