Andrew Miller
Andrew began his career in financial services at Security Pacific Merchant Bank (now part of Bank of America) in Los Angeles as an analyst for the oil & gas group. He was recruited by Den Danske as an Account Officer covering major corporate clients on the west coast. He joined Crédit Agricole in San Francisco as a Relationship Manager and later transferred to Chicago where he focused on large corporate clients and the oil & gas sector. He joined ABN AMRO in Chicago as part of the automotive group, up-tiering several major clients and working on several large M&A transactions. He has experience in analysing and structuring transactions in a wide variety of investment banking products and has expertise in Acquisition Finance, Valuation, Project Finance and arranging liquidity facilities. He has been training finance professionals since 1995 and is a co-founder of Oxyor.
