Executive Masters
For many years Oxyor has been a training partner in the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) Masters of Financial Management programme (MFM). In the MFM programme Oxyor trainers deliver electives on all the Capital Markets products, the functioning of Capital Markets, Risk Management, Asset Liability Management and many other topics relevant in today’s Financial Companies and Capital Markets.
RSM selected Oxyor as a training partner for its extensive commercial knowledge, experienced trainers from the business and hands-on training approach. Oxyor uses of MarketSims Investment Banking Simulation Software: after only a short theoretical introduction participants go directly to the simulations and learn by doing. Not just ‘normal market scenarios’ but especially 'stress markets' and 'low liquidity'.
On June 15 2010 Oxyor and RSM have launched the RSM / Oxyor Executive Masters of Financial Management (XFM), a 18 month Executive Programme designed especially for the Financial Sector, with the latest developments in financial theory and research delivered by the outstanding Faculty Staff of the Rotterdam School of Management and the renown hands-on training, including 10 Financial Simulation Programs, delivered by Oxyor.
The first RSM Oxyor XFM is scheduled for September 2012.
