At Oxyor, aftercare is of paramount importance. Coaching is not only provided during training, but also after course completion. In addition, we can assess your staff's performance, enabling you to easily identify excellence and potential (senior) management or individuals who need extra attention.
We measure initial response using written or online course evaluations. The results are always made available to your organization. When it comes to analysing the increase in knowledge, we typically perform "before" tests to benchmark levels and "after" tests to establish improvement. The average incoming score is around 30%, the average final score approximately 72%.
Our extensive use of simulations, "morning meeting" presentations, individual assignments, group case study presentations and close monitoring enable us to gauge performance change and rate. While some of the change in behaviour can easily be measured objectively, we also form subjective views, backed by our experience with over 2,000 course attendees, giving us a statistically significant basis.
While objective measurement of actual business impact resulting from training can be difficult and costly, our clients have indicated a number of factors that demonstrate a high return on their training investment, such as:
