Graduate Programmes
Our graduate programmes are intensive and challenging and focuses on the key skills and areas of knowledge that will give the participant an in-depth understanding of how the financial markets work and what products can be used in order to capitalize on client opportunities.
Oxyor specialises in running intensive 4-8 week fully comprehensive programmes covering the entire spectrum of investment banking. This provides participants in our programmes with an in-depth understanding of a wide variety of products and their usefulness, as well as opportunities for cross selling and risk assessment.
Participants in Oxyor programmes will typically find that they spend between ten and twelve hours per day in class, working on case studies, working in groups, reviewing and pre-reading. Taking into account weekend assignments, an estimate of time spent during a five-week course could easily exceed 300 hours. The intensity of the programme helps participants to embed the concepts and skills, as they 'live, eat and breathe' the topics.
Another key element of the success of our programmes is the individual coaching and mentoring provided to participants during training. Oxyor also offers organisations the benefit of its extensive experience in evaluating the performance of participants and helping to identify those with the potential to excel and those who may need additional mentoring.
